Counsel

Everyone needs help at some point. Restoration Counseling Center (RCC) provides biblical counseling to speak into the  hardest realities of your daily life. We pray God’s Spirit will apply his Word like a healing balm to your hurting heart. The Bible is not an encyclopedia, nor is it a rule book. It is a book that communicates God’s unconditional love. It speaks in a timely way to all of our daily struggles.

Biblical Counseling can powerfully address  issues of suffering and other conditions of the human heart. The counselor is used by God to listen, empathize, be patient, and to have honest, loving conversations. Every person is created uniquely.  We will walk with you through your  struggles as we get to know you.  At RCC we seek to make applications that are thoughtful and personalized. This is the relationship where God does his restorative work.

Equip

Many pastors are hard pressed to find time to counsel. Others  feel “ill-equipped” to counsel. There are also many church members who desire to help others in their church and community. Therefore, we want to come alongside these pastors and offer two helps:

1. Equip the Pastor to be a better counselor
2. Equip church members to be biblical counselors

Are you a Pastor or church member who would like to learn how to use God’s word and love others better? Please contact us.

Due to the large need in the area, we want to multiply our efforts. So, we seek to send teams of biblical counselors to work in satellite centers, providing counseling help to different areas of WNC.

Perhaps you are part of a church in an area where you would like to see a counseling center take root. We’d love to hear from you, and discuss how we might partner to help bring God’s word to bear in the lives of those in your community.

“speaking the truth in love, we will in all things grow up into him who is the Head, that is Christ. From him, the whole body, joined and held together by every supporting ligament, grows and builds itself up in love, as each part does its work” (Ephesians 4:15-16).
